We'll gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations

Contact me within: 7 days of delivery

Ship items back within: 10 days of delivery

Request a cancellation within: 12 hours of purchase

Down payments for custom orders or to hold a product at a market are non refundable, no exceptions. We'll contact you many times within 7 days to schedule pickup or delivery. If you fail to respond within that timeline with a scheduled date for pickup or delivery, the product will be listed available for purchase again.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive defective, I can't accept returns for:

• Custom- personalized orders.​

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

​Our products are one of a kind, we don​'t issue refunds, only returns and exchanges for an item of similar nature and cost.
