1)Many of the wood species we use are rare to find, some are exotics imported from everywhere around the world, hence they cost more. We buy our local lumber from Illinois & Indiana but also import from the following states and countries: Hawaii, Australia, Brazil, Africa, China, Spain, Italy, California, Texas,Wisconsin & New York. 
2) We charge work per hour it takes to build a product. However, we don't charge any extra fees on custom orders since our business is based on custom woodwork. Quotes are free of charge as well.
3) We offer products in every price range. Feel free to reach out to us with a budget, the type of product you want and your ideas. We will show you all the different options or make something unique for you.
